"HED" is a manifesto created by Jason Associates based on the belief that happy people produce MORE, BETTER and MORE OVER TIME in their professional role. This manifesto aims to challenge the whole community, especially leaders and managers, to join us and create value for your organization. How? Developing talent and promoting corporate happiness. So with color, excitement, innovation and rigor, we recommend:
Human – you have to have the right people to create a sustainable business over the long term. Knowing the Side A and Side B is key to successful individual and business.
Experience – create approaches that focus on experiencing and promoting transformation and behavioral evolution of people and organizations.
Design – More than design, is the way we present a change or communicate a challenge. The impact on emotional engagement is tremendous!
